Winner is sequentially selected from the list of registered miners.
Your node must have found its most recent p2pool share in the time window of 6-24hrs.
When you win and your shares are outside of the time window, you are skipped.
If a share is found before the boost round ends a new winner is selected.
The hashrate is applied to your address on the main p2pool sidechain.
New miners are added to the boost list after one cycle.
