To use found nodes with P2Pool:
p2pool --host NODE_IP_ADDRESS --rpc-port 18081 or 18089 --zmq-port 18083 or 18084
Make your own public Monero node P2Pool compatible by adding the below lines to your node config.
enable-dns-blocklist=1
zmq-pub=tcp://0.0.0.0:18084
